Email Disclaimer
This notice concerns email and attachments sent in connection with Reward Cards X. Reward Cards X is not a bank or card issuer. Read this notice alongside the message itself and any applicable agreement. Its primary legal frame is applicable U.S. federal and state law, without limiting mandatory protections under other applicable law.
Intended recipients and messages received in error
Our messages are intended for their addressed recipients and others authorized to receive them. If a message reaches you by mistake, please notify the sender and delete the message and attachments from your systems, unless preservation is required or permitted by applicable law. Please do not use or distribute information received in error beyond what is necessary to address the mistake or exercise a lawful right.
Confidential information and lawful disclosure
An email may contain confidential business or personal information. Handle it according to any applicable confidentiality duty and share it only with authorized persons or as permitted or required by law. This notice does not prohibit reporting concerns to a regulator, obtaining legal advice, complying with legal process, or making another legally protected disclosure.
Legal privilege and work product
Attorney-client privilege or work-product protection applies only when the communication and circumstances meet the requirements of applicable law. An email label or this notice does not create either protection. An accidental transmission is not intended to waive any protection that applies, but this notice cannot guarantee that a court or other authority will find that no waiver occurred.
Agreements and authority
This notice does not itself create, amend, or replace an agreement. Whether an email contains a binding commitment depends on its content, the sender's authority, applicable law, and any relevant contractual requirements. We do not treat electronic form alone as a reason to deny a communication's legal effect. Existing agreement terms, including any governing-law or dispute provisions, remain unchanged.
Electronic delivery and verification
Email can be delayed, misdirected, altered, intercepted, or accompanied by harmful attachments. Do not assume that a message's appearance proves its authenticity. Confirm unexpected requests or material changes through an independently established contact route before acting. This notice offers no guarantee of uninterrupted or secure delivery and does not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law preserves.
Information handling and protected rights
Correspondence may be processed, reviewed, or retained for legitimate business, security, recordkeeping, or legal purposes only as permitted by applicable law and consistently with the relevant privacy information. This notice is not a representation that every message is monitored and does not obtain blanket consent to monitoring or future marketing.
Nothing here overrides mandatory rights or replaces obligations applicable to commercial email, including accurate sender information, required postal details, and a valid opt-out under the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act where it applies. Follow any unsubscribe instructions in the relevant commercial message. For correspondence or privacy questions, use the local contact and privacy pages.
